I had occasion to purchase a couple of 1.25" eyepiece caps recently. When my package arrived on Monday what were there were clearly the wrong size. So I shot off an quick email last night and Don responded very quickly with a reply, sending the correct ones and saying could keep the wrong ones
It is the little things!

PS Here's hoping next time I buy an Ethos they send the wrong one and just say,"keep it as a spare" :P
