NGC 2070 Tarantula Nebula

Seeing as I was using a light filter (Astronomik CLS (EOS Clip)) I went straight for targets with nebulosity. The first thing I noticed was that everything comes out RED, actually subs look bluey-green but the stacks look red. So I tried toning it down as much as possible post editing in CS6.

What I have achieved is a lot more nebulosity than previous attempts, which is also due to 240 sec exposures, but this time the St George Hospital flood lights and Big Smoke Sydney City didn't drown out my subs the way they used to. There was a also a fine layer of cloud and moon light scattering.

Good going Carlos. You have gathered some of the lesser bright Neb. I would be interested to see the result if you decide to add more subs to this.
I found when i added more data to mine (30 min added to 30mins existing) i found no real change at all in the final image.
And if you do, and you get a different result i would like to see :thumbsup:

Oh and i have just seen the Orion flattener on the inventory list. Was going to ask did you end up getting it, but i see you have and you did :lol:
