HTML Problem

I am having issues with pages not displaying correctly. I have figured out that this is a HTML problem because each time a page doesn't display properly I right click and go to Inspect Elements, which fixes the problem.

How do I overcome this problem? Is there any way of fixing this problem globally, without resorting to a complete reinstall? It is getting a little annoying having to inspect element all the time. This is mainly occurring on the ABC News, You Tube and CNET Australia or any site that requires loading a sub page.

The operating system is Windows 7.

Yeah look at the browser first, update it or roll back if problems started after a recent update.
If that doesn't fix it, try another browser.

I change browsers all the time. I am currently using Opera because Firefox became a resource hog a while back, it is probably fine now tho.
After a recent update, Opera has now garbled Youtube, I can't access the controls(play/pause etc) so will be looking at FF again or Chrome and will go with whichever currently suits me best. Can't remember the last time I used IE.

Google Chrome. It doesn't appear to be the browser as the same is happening with Explorer. Also tried another browser and did a rollback to last update but didn't fix it.

Strange, next thing I would do is a thorough virus/worm/trojan check using as many different tools as I can get my hands on.

Done that, but no effect. System appears to be clean. It has me stumped! :shrug:

Maybe JRE is a problem. Try uninstalling it as well as Chrome.
Re-install Chrome then download and install the latest Java Runtime.

Also - delete all temporary internet files.
Not sure if Chrome has the option, but reset all settings to defaults (uninstall/reinstall may not do this) and try again.

IE is notorious for causing similar issues. Generally clearing cache and resetting advanced settings solves it.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I tried most of the suggestions already. It has me perplexed. Only option may be a complete reinstall, although I could still just keep fixing HTML by inspecting element.

Colin, Yes have tried to reinstall Chrome but no difference. I completely removed all browsers and reinstalled, which improved the situation slightly. However one thing I did not try was deleting and reinstalling Java. Will give that a try.

Thanks Nathan. I regularly remove all temporary files anyway, but I haven't tried resetting advanced settings, as I thought that unnecessary because I reinstalled program. However, I see you point and will give that a go, thanks.

HTML Problem update:

Thanks to Colin Fraser's suggestion re Java I deleted Java, including older versions and downloaded the latest update and this appears to have solved the problem, thankfully. I hadn't though about it being a Java problem.
