Hello,
Following some images I managed to capture on Sunday. The seeing was so bad that I was unable to image in high resolution, having to stop down the scope to 80mm and use a PM x2.5.
By the way, that is way I love this setup, I can configure the system for any situation still taking full advantage of the Ha filter.
I had to reduce the size of the original images to comply with the site's rule, so I also included the link for the full size version.

Image #1: Annotated low resolution full disc. Use it to locate the features on the higher resolution images. The original image is here. (http://www.astrobin.com/full/23673/?mod=none)

Image #2: SE filaments and filaprom. The original image is here. (http://www.astrobin.com/full/23659/?mod=none)

Image #3: ARs 11596 and 11600. The original image is here. (http://www.astrobin.com/full/23664/?mod=none)

Image #4: ARs 11598 and 11599. The original image is here. (http://www.astrobin.com/full/23649/?mod=none)

Image #5: Prominence on NW limb. The original image is here. (http://www.astrobin.com/full/23671/?mod=none)

Thanks for looking,

Fernando

A good set of images Fernando, appropriate resolution for the seeing conditions.

Also a nice touch to include the annotated full disc.

Nice despite the conditions. Seeing is such a fickle thing.

Very nice work.
I like image #5, the galloping horse with pony following. :)

Cheers.

Hi guys,
Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

You are right Nico, the shape of that prom actually resembles the galloping horse as you pointed out.

Best Regards,

Fernando

Hi Carlos,
Thank you very much! I also thought this region amazing, very active although without any spot.

Hi Pete,
Please have a look on this post (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=98229) where I put some pictures of my setup.
