Hi everyone
Just wondering what everyone out there is using for there PHD
Settings. Im constantly playing with these settings and I'm unsure of what I'm doing most of the time.

I'm using 50mm finder scope with star shoot auto guider.
C5gt mount with 8" f4 newt.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks Jason

Jason, join the Stark Labs group on Yahoo Groups. Every question you might have has probably been asked and answered there.

To get you started, the shorter the focal length of your guide scope the larger the calibration step you need. Try 1500 to start with and adjust that up or down until it calibrates in roughly 15 steps. If it takes more steps, increase the max step size.

I use an 8x50 finder too. My calibration steps range from 1500 to 2500ms if I'm close to the SCP. All other settings to default but for min motion before a correction occurs. I got that down to 0.15 pixel.
