As you are in europe, consider the Mesu 200 mount for the observatory.
It is an excellent mount, better than the Titan in my opinion. Has an extremely low and smooth PE and 100kg capacity.
No backlash to worry about either.

The question is what telescope will be going on the mount, and will it be for visual or photographic use?

Thank you Peter. I plan to use Newton16" for astrophoto but sometimes for visual as well.

A locally fabricated disk fork mounting and Bartels (or one of the others) to drive it, would be a very cost effective solution.
Solid, stable, and no PE.

Thanks Ken, do you think about any specific mount?

I designed and fabricated a series of disk fork mounting for a few 12" to 18" newts....drop me a PM for details.
