DMK image & false colour added.
Elements from the 2X barlow screwed to the camera nose-cone giving me 1.6X & then resized a LOT after!:D
Working @ 7.5FPS/1/8th exp. Max gain/110 gamma 6 min capture.

good image Asi. looks like you might have caught the darkening around the poles as in http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/catalog/PIA01287 - are you able to work out the orientation of the planet in your image? regards Ray

Hi Ray. Ok I was wondering about why it was darker at 2 opposite points. I had the camera orientated to how the N S W E buttons are on the EQ6 mount controller are..

Nice sharp disc, Asimov.
For colour, I took an image with the DMK, using a white balance setting from the moon. It came out a lot bluer than you have chosen. This was the case for Uranus as well.
I have never had any detail at all on Neptune, even with 20 mins of IR.
