Here are thumbnails of NGC 6188 in Ara and NGCs 6334 and 6357 in Scorpio. The raw data were recorded using a Telvue NP127is and a QSI683wsg camera with Astronomic H alpha, Green and Blue filters. Not bad for the light polluted southern suburbs of Sydney. I've uploaded higher resolution versions to my flickr site:

It's looking very nice. Well done. How did you go with the blue and green? Much gradients?

Thanks Marc. Because I am shooting from light polluted skies, my shots are necessarily "anemic" in broadband green and blue. I am happy if I simply record the star colours and brightest parts of the nebulas in these channels. Yes, sometimes I do record suspicious gradients, but as long as I back off when stretching, they aren't a problem. I find that processing images is a constant battle against my instinct to stretch and stretch until I pull out every last bit of useful information. I have the view that what you decide to throw away is part of what makes a quality image.
