I don't know if I'm at the right place but there is what I found a week ago. I put here a copy of e-mail I sent to Skywatcher, and at the end the reply I receive.

Hi do some test last night to increase the precision of my setup. I have NEQ6 Pro, Syscan 3.30b29.(I even try with Syscan 3.27).
There is what I do, I power on my mount, enter Lat/Long, date, hours, .... And when I arrive at Polaris HA= xx:xx I was +- 16 minutes forward then other Polaris Ha software!
I use on iPhone PolarAlign, Starmap Pro and On PC I use http://www.takahashi-europe.com/support/softwares/polarisfinder/polarisfinder-1.5-fr.htm
Polar Align and the apps on PC http://www.takahashi-europe.com/support/softwares/polarisfinder/polarisfinder-1.5-fr.htm was the same Polaris HA. But 16 minute in back of My Syscan Handheld.
If I compare Syscan Polaris HA vs Starmap Pro (iPhone), Syscan was late by 2.5 hours. but the graphic representation of Polaris was the same at the same position with different Polaris HA.
I think the better apps was on iPhone PolarAlign and use http://www.takahashi-europe.com/support/softwares/polarisfinder/polarisfinder-1.5-fr.htm. But still have 16min off !
Could you give me explication why this difference? 16 minutes it's a big difference if you try to be accurate.
In other question, Do you have a doc to explain new feature on Syscan 3.30b29?
