Hi Folks,
I want to try flocking part of the image train on my scope to reduce reflections from the tube walls. Does anyone know where I can purchase flocking paper... preferably in Australia. Alternatively where I can get flocking equipment, again preferably locally.
Thanks in advance
Colin
Not sure about paper locally, but woodwork places like Carba-tec and Timbecon have flocking powder, which I think can get rather messy.
ProtoStar in the US have flocking paper: http://www.fpi-protostar.com/hitack.htm
Edit: Seems Carba-Tec don't have black flocking powder, but Timbecon do: http://www.timbecon.com.au/products/flocking-439_0.aspx

There's a guide on Cloudy Nights (I think, link not to hand) about modifying a C11 - the chap uses Protostar's flocking paper.
No, it was another site: http://www.darkatmospheres.com/music/C11_Project/ (see Section 3)
In the Cloudy Nights article, the chap uses felt lining: http://www.cloudynights.com/item.php?item_id=2556
