First light on my SW ED80 (thanks Meru) and Orion Star Shoot guider on 50mm finderscope (thanks bintel).
it was a night of 1st's...
Also used Backyard EOS to control my Canon60d for the first time, what a fantastic program! Highly recommend it!
Happy Labour Day to most of the states and Queens Birthday to QLD'rs :)

That's really nice Carlos. There is some nice depth in the starfield looking into toward the heart of the cluster. Would really like to see a Pic of Omega Cent when it's a bit higher in the sky.

Thanks guys :) all your comments are really encouraging :) I had a blast using all that equipment, watching it come together and work pretty much as its supposed to, mind you it was a full moon too.
I'll defiantely give Omega Cent a go Trevor, I just need to wait for it to get up there in the late hours of the morning :)
Thanks again!

Nice shot Carlos. Great definition, focus looks spot on. Can just see some colour in the Glob.
Well done.
Clear skies

Cheers Rod :) I can't wait to try again especially when the skies are darker, I took this on Sunday night during the full moon, I couldn't help myself I had to play with all my new toys :)
