I didn't know he did the autograph bit, but no, they aren't autographed. So what then, is a reasonable estimate of their value?

Since the book sells for above new price you're probably best to ask for offers. The Amazon price is a bit silly IMO. Given that the second edition is well used you probably shouldn't expect a high price.
EDIT: I see you already asked for offers - surprised nobody is chasing the second edition.

Agree re Amazon price, I've seen a couple of these come and go on IIS, just not sure how much they sold for. The second edition is well used, but not in tatters :lol: I just didn't want anyone to think that this book had never been opened.
