Who can make custom fitting for green laser pointer?

Hi,

I want to make a custom fitting for my green laser pointer so that I can attach to my astrotrac, similar to what Roger has done here:

Is there someone who can build such a fitting here in Sydney? If so please could you post up there details please? Greatly appreciate the assistance :)
