Anyone see the beauty (alternating colours, and one "drop off" fragment I saw) that streaked from west to south (apparent) last night (18 Sept). I was JUST setting my focus for a night of astrophotography using Achernar as a guide when it streaked across - going just below apparent Achernar.. This was about 7pm.

I was going to pose the question. ARE there more strikes lately than normal or is it more people are becoming 'space aware' and seeing more instances of strikes ?
Just curious ...

I have not seen this many since I was about 8 - that year was INCREDIBLE (and that was 31 years ago!) - I vividly remember watching several meteor showers that year (one VERY prominent one when I was on holidays at Bagara).
We must be going through a region of high debris again.
Or it's Nibiru :rofl::screwy:
