Hi,

I gave the Corona Australis complex another go, it was high in the sky with reasonable seeing. It's certainly a challenge to process, this is my final image out of twelve attempts.
It's tricky to balance the globular, bright nebulosity and dark nebula.
Anyway I think this is a reasonable crack at it.

The image is a combination of 8 and 15 minute subs, at ISO 800, a total of 96 minutes.

Cheers,

Justin.

Looks good! A very interesting target that can be tricky to find the right balance between the glob and nebula. :)

Looks very good Justin. On my monitor I think it's a shade too blue but I'm notoriously bad at colour balance.

Cheers

Thanks, for the comments!

Your right Steve!

I didn't really notice how blue it was till a looked again in the morning. I'm posting a repro which I think looks better.

Cheers,

Justin.
