meade f3.3 focal reducer

I dropped my focal reduced and the middel lens broke apart, rest of the lenses are in good condition, so i am thinking to repair it. Does anyone has similar broken focal reducer that not in use anymore?

I will also consider reanable offer for used focal reducer, please send me PM.
