Both images done with the 80mm F 6.25 refractor using an ATIK 320E.

M8 - 30 x 5 min plus darks and bias
M22 - 12 x 5 min plus darks and bias

Nice time of the year - especially with a good view of the west. :)

I would maybe add a bit of red boost on the nebula, but that's a personal preference and not a criticism. regards ray

I am enjoying imaging at the moment - plenty of targets at this time of year. As someone in their first year of imaging, it is easy to find targets.
I will try playing around with the red... but I do like purple...
