18 x 32 sec exposures @ ISO 200 hand tracked on a scotch mount. I love this area of the sky, so much to see.

no, too much like hard work to image through that. I am still having fun with just the camera on the scotch mount at the moment. That is just the camera on max. optical zoom (4 x which I think is equivalent to 135 mm)

bit of star bloat, might need a fringe killer onthe front covering the lens, but your on a winner there, how many practice goes using the mount?

The stars are ever so slightly elongated in the original images so I must have been a bit off with my alignment.
Do you mean how many practice goes before I sit down and take a series of images? I usually review the first image of the sequence on camera and if it is pointing where I want it then I carry on.
