That's a good photo and a very sharp lens.

That's something that everyone, and I mean everyone, has to contend with in this day and age. I'm probably in thousands of people's happy snaps from around the Circular Quay/Opera House/Rocks area because I'm there so often. Doesn't worry me one iota. Legally, and I don't like to dip to this, no-one has the right to demand you remove their photo from anywhere if it was taken on public property. If I was to use it commercially - different story. Street photographers have to contend with the occasional gripe, and pretty-well universally agree to delete images if someone bothers to take offence and asks it to be done. I don't know if you read my earlier post in the black and white thread responding to this: http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showpost.php?p=887868&postcount=8
Some like the concept, others don't. I don't think that bothers me. :) One thing is evident though - there was a study done a few years ago on reasons why people may object to seeing themselves in a photo somewhere - and one of the main problems people had with it was that secretly they weren't getting anything out of it monetarily. There you go. :)
