Issue with Lumicon OAG

Good Morning I bought a Lumicon 2in Newtonian/Refractor Easy-Guider( older version)I am getting guider stars but they are showing up as slits or lines and not round. I looked online for any info but I have not found anything to explain what to do. Any ideas?

Bob,
Which scope are you using?
The distorted images are usually due to the prism position and orientation.
The closer the prism is to the optical axis then better the images.
