The Bug Nebula (NGC3602)

After knowing the existance of such a nebula from the other post, I decided to give it a go with my DSI.

Here's 5 x 84 second exposure stacked in registax and processed in photoshop cs2.

You stacked your images in Registax - doing a little experimenting?

I found out about this object from Ice In Space - it was a Monthly Observing Challenge object for September 2005. It comes up very nicely with the DSI.

I normally stack my images in registax. but recently have been doing them automatically in envisage. Just comparing :)
