It begs to be put on a 55" plasma converted to 3D with 3D glasses on, hehe I know what I'm going to be doing this afternoon.:lol:

AAO did the 6DF Survey a few years back and created a "fly through" of the uninverse. The low res version has been up ont he Internet for few years. http://vimeo.com/24906175

Fred Watson showed the hi-res version at the the SPSP in 2009 that was mind blowing. Was a lot slower fly through than the Sloan one referenced so you got a better feel for scale as you could see detail in the galaxies as they drifted by.
