Mount finally back and in service

I have had a few problems with my mount over the past few weeks, it has been a real pig. So when I got home today and the sky looked relatively good I got out and decided I would try her out for the first time since she returned from Sydney.

Just pointed at the Lagoon and let her rip,

The image is only 6 10 minute subs with the Hydrogen alpha filter in.

God?, perhaps, if you like that kind of thing, but tight and pretty good given the focal length on a EQ5. Mount is working well, top work.

Thanks guys, I also captured one solitary frame for each colour and a few luminances to try to see how well I can do LRGB from my place. This is the result of that.

That's amazing - it proves you don't need much RGB to get a good photo.

I agree with the other post, nice one on the Laggon Peter! Now you have to find the way to merge the Ha into your LRGB and get the best of the two worlds (broad and narrow band) in one shot :thumbsup:
