Yeah it does look really good indeed. I love the details and colours you've got. The processing is also top notch. It looks very smooth and natural.

That QHY 10 is doing a good job.
Maybe OSC is the way to go for simplicity?

It is certainly easier to acquire data with OSC but post processing if
done properly is still time consuming. I have been lazy and doing the quick
and easy way but ideally you should debayer all your images in to stacks
of R,G,B and process them separately and then combine the masters - its a pain but gives best results.

I agree but it also means that you don't need to re-focus for each filter.

Yeah I guess thats true :) . I will get a mono camera at some stage later
tho they a just so damn expensive.

Really nice details mark and great guiding at that fl.
I like the colours but I'm sure you could push the saturation a bit more
Good to see nice details with an osc.

Very good image Mark, the colours look excellent, you have handled the dynamic range nicely and it is well framed, nice job. You have a formidable outfit there so the future looks very bright

Thanks Al , Mike I am really happy with the set up now , mount is faultless
although I want a bigger one now :D and the permanent set is just pure luxury . Havent really settled on a post processing program that I am totally comfortable with , still using bits and pieces from several. Once I get my head around that I will be even happier

Hi Rick yeah its me :D Taken from the backyard at home , I find the light pollution filter does a great job as I get very little pollution noise .

Hi Marke,
well that filter does a good job, what type is that? I need one at my place because I have a street light right out the front and that's the only place I can image from!
