hello again i added some more (5) photos t an image from some time ago but the details are everywhere..... some at iso 1600 others at 800 and varying exposures (sorry about that)
anyhow according to DSS there are about 42 pics
still dont know how to get rid of the "twisting" pics upon stacking and the uneven borders...... i havnt seen anybody elses pics look like that

Nice PIc, very good detail.
DSS has Image Options when you go to stack in the dialog box that pops up. Mosaic, or Cropped or Included I think they are called. It's got diagrams to show you what it is doing. Might help your twist and borders issue.

EDIT: Button at bottom left of the dialog box, 'Stacking Parameters'.
