M20 repro

Cloudy weather = Repro Time

This was originally imaged on the 27th of May, using the RC8 and the 550D.
12x8min @ iso800
The first rendition was rather flat and the back ground was off colour.
This time I boosted the red and blue channels in both Saturation and Curves and set the black point in Curves as well. (I think I went too far with that though and clipped it :shrug:)

Nice image! The new version certainly has a sense of depth to it and I like your star colours, something I really have trouble with in my images (I'm working on it...). :thumbsup:

yep it's better than the first. I like mostly the fact that the background is a lot darker (blacker):shrug: i don't know the correct term haha but it certainly makes the stars colour pop and give a better depth to the image. Big fan of the detail in the Neb.
