Hey everyone.
I ordered a Keyspan serial adapter to control my telescope from my Macbook and it works perfectly! I am having a problem with my telescope however.
I am using Stellarium and the built in telescope control plugin.
Whenever I slew to an object that is only just above the current object the scope is pointed at I get a Slew Limit warning. I have changed some values around including the Alt Max and Min but still no success. The scope can slew downward toward the horizon but not above the object it is pointing at.
I had it configured on a star and Saturn was above and to the left, near the Moon. When I pointed it to go to Saturn the Telescope would either display a Slew limit warning and do nothing or the telescope would start to slew but in the opposite direction as it was going to do a full rotation.
Can anyone help me???? I have been trying to work it out and am stuck.
