Part 2 of the documentary "The The Trials of J Robert Oppenheimer" is aired
on SBS 2 tonight.

Playing out like a modern day Greek tragedy, the figures of Lewis Strauss (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lewis_Strauss),
Edward Teller (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Teller) and J Edgar Hoover become hell bent to crush the man
who had played such a pivotal role in the development of the A-bomb and thus had
helped bring WWII to a more rapid conclusion, yet now saw the implicit danger of
getting into an arms race with the H-bomb.

A very well produced series so far. The first half was very informative, and somewhat angering. After watching the DiCaprio movie "J Edgar" the other day, I can understand the depth of Oppenheimer's issue. Looking forward to the next instalment.
