Thats a bit of a rough response Erg...:P
:-) Im a rough kind of guy Peter.
Nar, im soft as. Except when it comes to the poor treatment of animals. Im sure its not as bad as it sounded and the article was meant as a "feel good" piece directed at the double digit masses. The dog seemed really happy on the back of the bike.
That being said, if I saw him deliberatly make the dog fall. Id drop him like a sack of spuds, take his dog while calmly explaining that my actions were for his own edification.
((EDIT)) Upon a re read I see how my comment could have been misconstrued as directed at your good self.
Profound apologies if it read in such a way. I was of course refering to the dog owner in the video ((/edit))

No worries, I am a lover of animals as well, and the last thing I would advocate is cruelty, I reckon they are God's creatures. Dogs in particular tend to give unconditional love and affection, unlike humans hey:D
Thx Peter :)
Yes Man...Dogs are the great arbiter. Well said. Glad to see IIS is not totally full of peeps competing for word space amongst peers.
Thx for heartening my evening Peter.:thanx:

Hi Peter, :) Hi Geoff,:)
Those dogs are well treated by their owners. Its good to see people who know how to teach their dogs and treat them well.
I have a Border Collie, Rambo.
We reside on 2 acres. Each morning Rambo will have the morning paper at the back door. On Saturdays the paper is in two parts and both are there.
Rambo is "ball mad". He loves to chase that ball. I need that ball lobbing machine.
Sometimes Rambo will leave his ball in the yard and forget it.
This is what a smart dog can do: Rambo whines at losing his ball. I say go to the front gate, you dropped it when you barked at the passing horses. Off he goes to the front gate and returns with the ball.
It may be 80 metres down the back yard. I simply say down the back, or behind the pool.
Rambo has the intelligence of a very young child. I estimate it to be about 3 yrs old. Rambo is the smartest dog I have ever owned.
Tricks? I can fill a page with the list.
I like what I saw in both the videos. :)Peter and Geoff, thanks for sharing.
Cheers:)
