Stacking photos on different night DSLR

I plan on going out tonight and continue on M20 after getting 1 hour and 40 min last night at about 9 degrees C but tonight the temp will be about 6 degrees. When I take my darks tonight do I just put them all into Deep Sky Stacker for both nights and stack them.

You could.

But, it would be even better to process the first lot separately, then, the second lot, and so on.

Night one lights - night one calibration (darks, flat lights/darks) = night one reduced lights.
Night two lights - night two calibration (darks, flat lights/darks) = night two reduced lights.

Then, combine reduced lights using your favourite algorithm (kappa-sigma, SD clip, etc.)

Personally, I'd just chuck all the darks into the mix. It's not a great difference in temperature.
I take new flats every night and use both sets.

I thought Deep Sky Stacker would/could stack in groups then combine the groups at the end for your fianl image. So group 1 would be your fist night with calibration frames, group 2 for the second night, etc. Please correct me if I am wrong, it has been a long time since I used DSS.:)
