Jupiter at about 11 degrees above the horizon 10min before sunrise. Also, the view through the finderscope a few minutes earlier (almost straight at a street light) and a Stellarium screenshot using a customised landscape horizon.

Goon on ya Tom. It is always good to get an early view of Jupiter and see what it has to offer for the comming season. One predominant EQ belt and the other looks very interesting also. Thanks.

Thanks Lester. I should have said, south is at top right, so the SEB looks to be still strong and the NEB seems to be about the same as it was before conjunction
