I know this is very very domestic of me, but we just got ourselves a new washing machine after having the old whirlpool top loader for almost 13 years. It finally died completely after having a years worth of running at 50% hehe.

Our new one is one of those fancy front loader types with very good water and energy efficiencies. Seeing as I am the one who does the washing I'm very pleased with it...

Quiet too, the other one was like an old biplane taking off!

Cheers,
Simon

Thats way funny :)

I'm in the middle of broken washing machine week, no fun, and its raining heaps again to, they must bypass all the saftey switches to make the machines lift off like that they usually find a reason to stop rather than keep going.
