Hello all,

The Partial Lunar Eclipse on Monday night will begin (weather permitting) a fantastic week of astronomy stuff.

I plan to take some prime focus images through my 8" and Nikon D3100 - it may not be the most exciting eclipse during the week but should be fun.

The Moon enters Earth's Penumbral shadow at 6.48pm (not overly impressive) but enters the dark Umbral shadow at 8pm (the real beginning of the bite).

Anyone else having a peek?
