Fabulous! I never thought to try the Moon through an hydrogen alpha filter before. It must act like a neutral density filter?

The moon is so bright with the STL11000 camera, the only way I can image it is through the Ha filter. Even then the exposures were 0.1 sec, or would be saturated. But short exposures are good as it freezes the seeing and you can simply pick the best of the lot.
