After seeing all the great images of this region I thought I would try it in Ha and managed 6x10 min subs. No where near as good as Martins etc but I was pleased with the detail in the Ha band.

Indeed a difficult object to local and frame and not to mention to image, I like the way you have composed it...nice one Allan!

Why am I getting a double avatar of JJJ on every one of her posts?

Thanks Paul, I've been spending a lot of time with my equipment just making sure it all plays in the same sandpit without dramas. The mount now goes exactly where it's told to and the cameras all play nicely.

thanks Marc, just like the experiences.

beginning to really like Ha and the detail that lies therein. You'll be doing the same when you get that 683 - lucky sod.

thanks JJJ, I am

it's cloudy tonight and we have had such a great run in BrisVegas lately that it's time for some family time. I'll get back to it later then I'll give you a run for your money Mr Piggio.

Nice framing Allan. Maybe just a little too much sharpening which could be eased off just a little. Great contrast and well illuminated. I look forward to your colour version.
