I got a call from a reporter from out local paper asking if I knew anything about some reports about a UFO seen in Nebo my first question of the reporter was did they see it in the Western sky.

The reporter said she would ring the man and ask when she called back she said yes it was in the western sky so of course I said I thought it was Venus they then asked if I would photograph it for her story and interviewed me for the article. So on Monday I am going to be in a story and get my first photo published I will post the article when I get a copy.

I am attaching the photo here I think it shows venus well.

OK Warren... do you have your script prepared?

"It wasn't a UFO at all. I know exactly what it was, so it can't be unidentified.;) It's just like a flying saucer I used to own, so I should know! It has a really cool invisibility field that portrays what's behind it in front of it, so it looks like Venus when Venus is behind it.:P Cool, huh? You can pick one up for about the price of a Ford Fiesta in Alpha Centauri. I traded in my Volkswagon..."

Feel free to adlib.;):D

Now seriously...

Cool mate! Enjoy.

Al.

Onya Warren. :)

They probably think that near enough is good enough re. dates. As the sky never changes. What happens up there yesterday will happen again tomorrow.

Celebrity YOU!

Well done & congratulations to you Warren- how exciting that must have been! :D

Yes, Venus has a lot to answer for doesn't it.
At Easter time I had a wee bit of an astro session in my backyard, and as soon as a couple of my cousins got out of the car and saw me, they rushed me outside to ask me what "that strange thing is sitting low in the sky". What made it look even stranger was that Venus had a fuzzy, coloured halo around it- much like the moon sometimes gets.

You just know don't you, as soon as someone points even vaguely and in that millisecond, towards west, you'll just know it's Venus.

I told them they weren't the only ones taken in by Venus.
