Beautiful clear night last night, so despite being a near SuperMoon, footy field flood lights on, and it was a week night, I went for a couple of hours of Ha on NGC6188.

Pretty happy with the field flatness. This was with the Orion Flattener on the TMB92SS. Think I've got the spacing pretty close to right now. Maybe not perfect, but close.

Tonight is looking promising too, so will hope to add some OIII and SII.

Very nice star images. What camera was this done with?

This is one i want to add more data to as well, the OIII and SII should really make it look great. Looking forward to your effort :)

Thanks mate. My camera is QSI583ws.

Thanks mate. I am too. Haven't done a full 3 channel narrowband before, although have always intended to do this from home.

 I just saw Bert's 6188 and realised how close I missed 6164/6165. I think I'm gonna completely redo this tonight in all filters.

Very nice Troy. The field looks flat - are you sticking with the Orion?

This is the flattest I've gotten out of it, and am quite happy with it. I did some bright star testing with the "halo-free" Astronomik NB filters, and there were some halos there, but could be attributed to the Orion Flattener. I'll have to test without to be sure.

I "accidentally" ordered the Televue TRF-2008 the other night in a fit of retail-therapy-rage :) Will see how it goes, keeping options open at the moment.

Very nice field Troy, I am too impressed by the combination TMB/Orion, it seems that it is working very well with your camera! Well done :)
