hi Bo,
I have a Celestron ED80 which I bought while living in the USA 3 years ago. It comes with finder, visual back and original box. It is f7.5 and from what I can read it has the same FPL-53 / ED glass as the Orion (please do your own research to confirm this) but with a R&P focusor.

Condition is very good, bar a very small screw hole in the dew shield and a scratch about the size of a 10 cent piece on the underside of the tube - all from the previous owner.

How much are you looking to spend? PM if preferred. I can send photo's.

If not interested that's totally cool. This is a spare which I am happy to sell but also I'm happy to keep it :)

regards,
Ian

Hey Bo,

Forever, or to borrow? Mine is simply gathering dust, for now... And my last few star parties, I have spent much time being v nice to Jen so I can play with Johnny!

If you are looking for one to borrow to tide you over, I'm happy to oblige!

Thanks Mish,
I would like to get one on "indefinite loan" :) so I can start learing AP.
My first preference is an ED80, or an ED100 (I will get a reducer if not offered).
Ian, I am aware of the Celestron ED80, it's an Orion ED80 by another name, with the exception of a R&P focuser as opposed to a crayford. I will PM you with some questions.
Cheers,
Bo

Hi Bo,
I have a Saxon ED100 for sale if your previous offers don't work out. The details should be in the sale archives as my previous buyer pulled out (after 3 months holding for him) but I would be happy to PM photos and details if you like.
Cheers,
Lucas
