hi all,
just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good, T-Ring and T-Adapter combination that works well with the EOS7D?
using prime focus method on a 10" Newtonian.

go down to your local camera stor and ask for a T2 -->M42 adaptor they are about 30-50 bucks depending.
Your using a Newt make sure you get a MPCC
Here (http://www.tan14.com/Baader.htm) is a supplier that sells them at the proper price i can vouch for Peters speed and quality of service! the MPCC is half way down the page.
Make sure you get a good set of collimating tools. cats eye does the job right, but there are others too.

And if you still find you get some very minor slop, build up the T ring bayonet with some teflon tape. Usually 1 layer or 2 if it's a little loose. Works a treat - esp the cheaper tape you get from Bunnings etc.
BTW, nice camera the 7D!
