Captured Saturn and her entourage of moons in reasonable seeing last night.

Moons are, from left to right, Dione, Tethys, Enceladus, Rhea and Titan.

Love the scale Ivan, and the positions of the moons convey the impression of a very dynamic orbital environment.

Nice work Ivan, the shorter F/L certainly provides the wide field aspect required to do justice to the Saturnian system.

Thanks for the comment Tom. I agree, with moons all over the place you do get more of an impression of a dynamic orbital environment with Saturn than, say, Jupiter.

Thanks Ray, the seeing was quite good, all I had to do was up the gamma and the moons were visible without over exposing Saturn.

Thanks Trevor, this was at approx. 2.8m fl, which was plenty wide enough to take in the moons that night.

Must also say thanks to Werner (Prokyon) for showing me that a colour Saturn and moons at shortish fl can be worth the trouble.

Very nice indeed Ivan!, Capturing its major moons in this FOV, Welldone! and Clear Skies.

Thanks Rob, glad you liked it.

Thanks Efrain, been a bit cloudy recently so I'll be glad for some clear skies soon.
