Just a quick note on a recent increase of spam stating that a transaction was made from your paypal account with supplier paid, product listed, etc... very nicely formatted. Then a link to 'object' to this transaction if you didn't make it which is obviously the link they want you to click. It's very nicely formatted and branded so beware, easy to get caught. I actually logged into my account to check my last transactions just to be on the safe side. No spelling mistakes either and plain English. They're getting better...

One of the easy ways to pick up its spam is note who the e-mail addressed to. Paypal will always refer to you by name - spam will use Paypal Customer or User. Tip from Paypal.

Good advice - always check with Paypal if unsure

Yeah ... I received that one the other week .... went to my PayPal Account and NO such transaction had taken place.
BTW ... I logged into PayPal using my Browser .... NOT the link supplied with the spam email.... I suspected it was ' sus '.

Deleted the offending email...... scumbags ...!!!
