On the Cloudy Nights forum there is a post about a possible nova in Sagittarius. It links to the observing blog in Sky & Telescope:

This one may be easier to observe than the SN in M95.

:welcome: Hi EdD thanks for the tip , I will get out and have a look either tonight of tommorow and see if I can spot it in my 127mm triplet , it should be easy . :thumbsup: .
I will let you know .
But I will cheat a bit and let my Ioptron iEQ45's goto find it for me ..:lol: .
