I bought some cheap astro books today through the Book Depository.
They sent me a 10% discount offer which was over and above any other discounts that were being offered.
I decided to formally register this time at the same time as I checked out, and for whatever reason I wasn't presented with the box to enter the voucher code (or I missed it !) and so the sale was processed without the discount.
I sent "Order confirmations" an email and despite the UK time difference they fixed it all up straight away.
The discount wasn't that much really, certainly not enough to worry about since the books were already discounted, but the service response was pleasantly surprising.
So that's my happy story for the day :)
