I managed to collect 10x4 min each of HA, NII, OII and SII all at 3nm

This image is an attempt to assign NB to the 'correct' colours.

HA and NII to Red
OIII to Green
OIII, SII and a simulated Hbeta (30% of HA) to Blue

The SII is really 'red' but we need more blue to add some contrast. This would be suitable to blend with RGB data?

Here is the large image 6 MB

A better version 7 MB

I like the 2nd version. It was very 3D and you see the gas clouds shapes very clearly.

Bert,
I also like the second image, too Me it seems to have a bit more detail and a bit less saturation and a larger range of colour.

Hi Bert,

Hard to describe, but very rich and deep image looks great!

Cheers,

Justin.

Love the second image. So 3D with such a low amount of data for each set. That scope is a real photon gobbler and I like the processing.

Nice start.
I'd like to see what you could do with longer subframes &
it looks like there are 101 ways to process the data.

Two excellent photos.

I like the colour and "depth" of the first one.

Thanks all for the comments. This is a whole new game for me and I am just starting to learn.

Cloudy weather has been interfering with more progress.

Had a bit of a play with colour data from the 300mm lens and the narrow band stew image.

This is the 300mm lens image 5MB

This again is the NB stew2 image 6MB

This is a combination with the same colour channels simply combined 6MB

The small images below are in the same order.

Very interesting! The nebulosity in the second version from your first post looks remarkably 3D to me.
