Hi all,
Well after discovering the joys (not) of an increased ambient temperature on a standard DSLR sensor with long exposure astrophotography over summer and enduring the what seemed like years of cloudy weather, I finally had nice crisp clear conditions last new moon weekend and I ended up pulling an all nighter. Having not setup the scope for literally months it was not as fine tuned as I would like so there are some obvious issues. On a slightly different note it is exactly a year ago to the day that I went down to Melb and ordered my astrophotography setup (didn't get it all in my hands and working until mid May last year)
Comments and critique more than welcome.
Cheers
Greg

4 x 3 minute exposures (The synguider's batteries died only 12 minutes in to the 2 hours I set up for. Of course I didn't notice this until the end of the 2 hours :mad2: but still pretty happy with the detail I got for those 12 minutes worth of data)
