Stars were twinkling like mad, and good collimation was out of the question, so I was happy with this result 2000/20000 AS!2

Nice image given the conditions Rob. Sure you couldn't have kept a few more frames?
Funny how the DBK seems to de-emphasize the C ring.

Thanks Trevor, Ray, and Ivan :)
I think I should go to bed now:lol:
I just had a look outside and it looked better than last night, but a quick setup with the camera revealed a boiling mess:(

Great result! You did 20 000 frames and used 2000 for stacking? Or did I misunderstand?

That's right Werner. With the DBK 618 Camera @f22 I am getting a good histo at 1/60th sec so I capture at 60fps for 6 min. I had to VDub some bits out where the planet wandered off screen for a few moments due to the Alt clutch playing up, but not too much. I just chose 2000 frames, but without trying other numbers, so I'm not sure if better results could be had with more or less frames stacked.
I am using AS!2 for quality grading, alignment and stacking ATM and it Debayers the Y800 AVI as well.
