Here's a Venus in IR and UV from late yesterday afternoon.
The jetstream had abated, but local seeing was pretty badly thermally affected, so the fine detail isn't there. Full credit to Emil, his AS!2 software extracts whatever detail is possible, in this case some broad banding.
This is a U+IVU, hence the synthetic colour. No Pleiades visible at this image scale, I'm afraid!
