Total Eclipse 2012 Group

Hi everyone, this is my first post

I am sure we are all trying to be in Cairns area on November 14 for the Total Solar Eclipse.

Is there a group of Astronomers or a Club with like minded friends meeting up there ?

It would be great to be with others for the eclipse. Also it would be good to have a safe location to set up our gear.
