:) Hi all , I got the 70mm ETX here a while ago for a friend and his son, new to astronomy and they are rapt with this little scope , super optics in a small computerised package , .
Anyway it came with the Meade 20mm and 9mm eyepieces , both of which are very good , but the other night I put my 12.5mm Ortho in for a look and Allan realised the gap in magnifications , so .....
If anyone out there has a 12mm - 16mm Plossl , Kelner , Modified Achromat (MA) , or Ortho sitting around looking for a new home , please let me know . :thanx:.
This would be helping a struggling young family further enjoy the night sky .
Thanks in advance .:D .
Brian.
