Hi all
Here are my other 2 images I got from my aunt's place on the southern edge of Gloucester.
Vela SNR area. 9x10 mins ISO400, UV/IR filter, 300mm f2.8 lens from Bert @f3.5 with external aperature stop. Modded 350D.
Larger version here (http://d1355990.i49.quadrahosting.com.au/Scott/velasnr9x10minsiso400uvir300mmf3.5m od350dgloucester3smst.jpg) I seem to have picked up some interstellar dust as well as gaseous emission.
Finished the night with Eta Carina, as above but only 2x10 mins.

Conditions just about perfect for imaging, though some star twinkling so seeing may not have been great with a dry SW change coming through but ok for short FL imaging. Such a pleasure looking up and seeing such a dark sky.
